The Prime Minister of New Ingerland is the head of government of New Ingerland, and the leader of the Cabinet of New Ingerland, with various powers and responsibilities defined by convention. This list does not include individuals who held the titles of Chief Secretary, the direct predecessor to the modern position of Prime Minister. The title of the office was formally changed to "Prime Minister" in 1907 when New Ingerland was granted independence.

Twenty-two individuals have so far held the premiership, counting from Vincent Churchwell, who is regarded as New Ingerland's first premier. Two Prime Ministers have held the position in non-consecutive terms in office. The longest single term in office was that of Jonathan Braddock, who held the position for thirteen years between 1961 and 1975. The current Prime Minister is Matthew Jones, who took office on 13 March 2012.
