Dobsons is a major New Ingerland company that specialises in the packing and canning of fruit and vegetable produce. The company and it's subsidiaries own and operate canning and packing facilities in Williamsdene, Elaineford, and Northgate in Beaufortshire as well as Ossulstone in Albanyshire.
The company is largest food packaging company in New Ingerland, and dominates the market in the area of vegetables and warm-climate fruits. The principal rival to Dobsons in the grower-owned Ardingham Fruit Packing Co-ooperative, who dominate the packing and canning of cool climate fruits around Kingsbury.
