The rights of gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender people (GLBT) in New Ingerland have changed substantially in the past few decades. Both male and female same-sex sexual activity is legal in New Ingerland, but as unregistered cohabitants, same-sex couples are not eligible for the same legal privileges available to opposite-sex married couples.
