The line of succession to the Ingerish throne is the ordered sequence of all those people eligible to succeed to the throne of Ingrea.
Eligibility
Under the provisions of the Succession to the Crown Act[1], an individual is in the line of succession if the two following requirements are met:
- They are a legitimate descendent of Arthur IV; and
- They are a member of the Church of New Ingrea.
The prior Succession to the Crown Ordinance[2] had determined the succession on the basis of being the eldest living legitimate descendent of Earnest III, and employed male-preference primogeniture. It was repealed in 1973.
