William Howard Alexander David Dequincy, 5th Baron Dequincy CM EC (born Kingsbury, 8 April 1955) is a noted New Ingerland diplomat and peer. From June 2013 until June 2016, Dequincy served as the inaugural New Ingerland ambassador to the Forum for International Cooperation and Trade (FICT).

Dequnicy was born as the second child and elder son of Lord and Lady James Dequincy. He was educated at Kingsbury Boys School and later studied law and international relations at University College Kingsbury. He inherited the barony in 1994, on the death of his father.

Dequincy hails from a notable New Ingerland family. The first Baron Dequincy served as President of the Court of Appeal between 1887 and 1900. The current Baron's grandfather served as Lord Chamberlain to the Household of Philip II between 1940 and his death in 1963. In 1999, Lord Dequincy married Lady Pamela Phelps, the daughter of former Chief of the Defence Force Staff, The Lord Phelps, and heiress to his baronial title. They have four children.
