The Archbishop of Kingsbury is the senior bishop of the Church of New Ingrea. As the most senior bishop, the archbishop serves as the diocesan bishop of the Diocese of Kingsbury as well as primate of the Church. His cathedra can be found in the Kingsbury Cathedral in central Kingsbury and his official residence is Bishopscourt, a grand house located immediately adjacent to the Cathedral.

The current archbishop is the Most Reverend and Right Honourable Basil Sanger, who is the latest bishop in a line that goes back over 140 years to the appointment of Edward Collinson as the first Bishop of Kingsbury in 1870.
