An Administrative Arrangements Order is a form of secondary legislation that sets out the principal responsibilities and portfolios of all Ministers of State, Deputy Ministers and Parliamentary Secretaries in the Government of New Ingerland.

Under the provisions of the Constitution of New Ingerland and the Ministers of the Crown Act[1], an Administrative Arrangements Order is issued by Order-in-Council by the Sovereign on the formal advice of the Prime Minister. Administrative Arrangements Orders are issued by the Executive Council when a change in the structure of government, known as machinery of government, takes place. These changes can include the establishment or abolition of ministries, directorates, or executive agencies.
