This page is a complete chronological listing of the champions of the Huruball football competition known as the Harrison Shield until 1950, the Second Division from 1951 to 1994, and as the Superleague 2 since 1995. The Superleague 2 has served as the second-tier competition in New Ingrea since the amicable merger with NIFA Premiership in 1950. Prior to that in ran in direct competition from when it was established in 1946.

- Since it's inception, the premiership has been determined on the season win–loss record, whilst the championship is determined by a Grand Final played at the end of a three week finals series.
