The Gentleman Usher to the Sword of Justice is a ceremonial officer in the Royal Household. He is responsible for bearing the Sword of Justice before the Sovereign on ceremonial occasions, such as the State Opening of Parliament.

The post is usually granted to a former Lord Justices of the Judicial Committee of the Executive Council, although it has also been held by one former Chief Justice, and is currently held by a former Justice of Appeal. The current holder of the office is the Rt. Hon. Sir Gavin Sommerfeld.

The office is identical to the post of the same name in Ingerland, and was established for the first State Opening by reigning monarch in 1920.
