The Right Honourable Henry Patrick "Harry" Edwards MM EC (19 January 1932 - 2 May 2001), was a trade union organiser and Labour Workers Party politician who served as Leader of the Third Party between 1992 and 2001. Born in Hillsborough, Centralia, Edwards was a life-long member of the trade union and labour movement. Initially a member of the Labour Party, Edwards would serve as the second President of the New Ingerland Federation of Trade Unions from 1985 until he was elected to Parliament in 1988.

A key player in the amalgamation of Labour and the Workers Party, Edwards became the second leader of the Labour Workers in 1992, where he succeeded in reinforcing the Labour Workerss position as the third political force in New Ingerland. Despite these successes, Edwards was unable to garner enough support to lead the Labour Workers to major party status and resigned in 2000 to make way for a new leader. His retirement was largely spoiled by ill-health and Edwards passed away in May 2001, aged 69.
