Professor Sir Malcolm Andrew Rowe, 1st Baronet OM FRAS (born 31 May 1960) is the eighth and current vice-chancellor of the University of New Ingerland. Originally an agronomist at University College Kingsbury, Rowe rose up through the leadership of the college, from being head of department, to dean, and finally vice-chancellor of the university in 2010.
