RTNI 2 is a major television channel operating across New Ingrea. Since it was established in 1975, the channel has developed a reputation for screening highly acclaimed programmes. The network draws the largest market share of any in New Ingrea, with average ratings hovering around 27% of the total television audience.
RTNI2 was originally started as a second station for the national broadcaster to augment the service currently provided by RTNI 1. The channel features much of the popular mainstream sport, drama, comedy and quiz shows screened in New Ingrea. In addition, it has also traditionally been seen as a home for non-mainstream programming on the RTNI network. Solely an entertainment channel, there are no news or current affairs programmes broadcast on RTNI 2.
