TransCapital Commuter (originally known as the Kingsbury Commuter) is a heavy rail commuter public transport system serving the Centralia county of New Ingrea. The Commuter network was established as Kingsbury Commuter in 1977, but can trace its history back to national heavy railway system, which was established in 1883. The service is run by the TransCapital Passenger transport authority.
