The Right Honourable William (Bill) Michael Howlett, Baron Howlett of Stanhill CG KM EC (born 6 September 1951), was the 20th Prime Minister of New Ingrea, serving from March 2000 until March 2004.
Despite being a well respected public figure, Howlett's term as Prime Minister is not fondly remembered, with economic crises and scandals dominating the government for its single term in office. The Howlett government was in power during a time of economic instability, giving it little opportunity for pursuing a reform agenda it saw as necessary.
