The Right Honourable Matthew Wisner Jones EC (born 4 June 1951) is a retired Democratic Party politician, who served as Prime Minister of New Ingrea from 2012 until his retirement in 2018.
Early life and education
Matthew Wisner Jones was born on 4 June 1951 in Langford, Vernonshire. Matthew's parents were farmers from Willowdene, some 46.4 miles (74.7 kilometres) north-east of Langford. During the Second World War, Matthew's father had served with distinction in the 1st Battalion of the Royal New Ingrean Volunteers.
Jones attended Willowdene Primary School and later Kingsbury Boys School where he obtained a score of 94.44 in the Advanced Certificate of Education. After leaving school, Jones enrolled in a Bachelor of Law at University College Kingsbury. Upon graduating in 1976, Matthew went on to become a Legal Aid solicitor in Langford.
