The Right Honourable Jacob Levi Meyer, 1st Earl Meyer GK EC (16 November 1922 - 19 May 2011), was a National Party politician who was Prime Minister from 28 July 1975 to 27 April 1981. He was the first practising Jew to serve on the Cabinet of New Ingrea in any capacity and the first to serve as leader of a major New Ingrea political party.

As well as being the 15th Prime Minister of New Ingrea, Meyer holds the distinction of being the only former Prime Minister to also serve as Lord Chancellor, serving between 1996 and 2000.
