The Right Honourable Sebastian Francis Vincent MHA EC (born 18 June 1945) is a Democratic Party politician who currently serves as the Deputy Prime Minister, Vice-President of the Executive Council and Leader of the House of Assembly in the government of Prime Minister Matthew Jones. Vincent is the Member of the House of Assembly (MHA) for Sapphire Beach in Fitzroyshire.
