The Minister of State for Public Works and Railways was a member of the Cabinet of New Ingrea responsible for the administration of the Department of Public Works and Railways. Always a relatively junior portfolio, the minister was nevertheless responsible for the administration of all aspects of New Ingrea's public works and the railway network. In 1975, the functions of the department were transferred to the New Ingrean Railways and the Public Works Authority, and the ministerial portfolio was abolished.
