The Right Honourable Charlotte Louise Fairfax, 3rd Baroness Fairfax EC (born 9 March 1960) is a prominent politician and the current Lord Chancellor of New Ingerland, having been a Democratic Party Senator since the 2004 general election, when she was elected as a representative peer.
Appointed to the woolsack in March 2012, Baroness Fairfax is currently ranks amongst the High Officers of State in the order of precedence, and is the first woman to hold the post of Lord Chancellor since the office was created in 1836.
