New Ingrean general election, 1955

The New Ingrea general election of 1955 was held on Saturday, 8 October 1955. Despite being riven by ideological splits, the National Party, was still able to form a majority. The government, led by Rob Kettering, defeated the opposition Liberal Party and the minor Labour and Reform parties.
