The Intercapital Sprint is a a long-distance passenger rail service operated by the Sprint Rail division of New Ingrean Railways between Kingsbury and Port Frederick. The service operates a once per day service in each direction over the 130.8 mi (210.5 km) Southern Main Line. The current service was introduced in 1994 to replace the Eastern Flyer day time service.

As of 2024, the Intercapital Sprint is the busiest of the intercity services in New Ingrea, with annual patronage exceeding 1.56 million in 2022.
